Allie has built a career creating content that moves culture, and she brings that same standard to every client we work with. From day one you'll be in client conversations, on set during shoots, and inside the strategy driving real results for some of the Bay Area's best food and hospitality brands. THE ROLE

We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join ADS on a part-time contract basis. You'll start managing 2–3 client accounts, with real potential to grow your roster, and your income, as the agency scales. You're the connective tissue between our team and our clients, keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and content moving without friction. This is a flexible, remote-first role with occasional on-site shoot days in the Bay Area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Draft captions in client voice for approval and track edits
• Manually post on accounts
• Create weekly Instagram stories + repost tagged stories
• Respond to DMs, comments, and tagged posts
• Participate in virtual client meetings, take notes, and send recaps
• Support with on-site client shoots

WHO YOU ARE

You're ambitious, organized, and genuinely excited about food, hospitality, and social media. You're looking for flexible, meaningful work and a real opportunity to learn from someone at the top of their field.

• Fluent in social media
• Someone who stays up to date with the latest trends, new platform features, and influencers
• A clear, professional communicator, especially in writing
• Calm and organized when things move fast
• Someone who understands what makes content actually work

• A resourceful problem-solver; you try to figure out the answer on your own first
• Hungry to grow, learn, and eventually own more accounts

COMPENSATION

• $500 per account per month
• 2–3 accounts to start
• Remote with occasional Bay Area shoot days
